WORK LIFE - I love residential real estate at all levels large and small!  What matters most to me is not the size of the deal, it is the people that I work with.

Hi, I am Dianne Reppucci Bierman (You can call me “Di”)

I knew at a very young age that I wanted to sell houses one day. I grew up in a modest suburb of Los Angeles. Eventually, my family grew out of the home that I was raised in. It was a very difficult decision for my parents to sell our childhood home, as they were not used to change. They interviewed several realtors and allowed me to sit in on those interviews.   To my delight, my father chose a woman realtor who was very well known in my neighborhood. For fun, on Sundays, I would hop on my bicycle and stop in on the local open houses. (Yes, I was that looky-loo). I loved seeing how other people lived, and how they decorated. I had a fascination with everything real estate.

Needless to say, I worked on getting my real estate license as soon as I graduated from high school.   I was licensed in 1989. Early on in my real estate career, I aligned myself with the local top brokers assisting them and learning all that I could so that one day I would be at the top of my game. By the early 1990’s I was recruited to help run a small boutique firm that specialized in bank foreclosures.  For that decade I was entrenched in a fast-paced, high volume real estate enterprise closing over 100 escrows each year working with JP Morgan Chase, Wells Fargo Bank, and many Asset Management Companies. By 2000, I was ready for a new challenge, and decided to open my own boutique real estate company. I relocated to gorgeous North County San Diego in 2003 establishing myself in Encinitas. For 20 years my emphasis was (and continues to be) offering exceptional and personalized service focusing on every aspect of the real estate sale. My reputation has been built on these fundamental principles. Running and operating a boutique style real estate company was the right thing to do for nearly two decades. However, in life (especially with the ever-evolving world of technology) we learn that change is inevitable and learning to pivot with those changes is one of the most important lessons I have learned. I decided to join the amazing Compass family and could not be more excited to share the wealth of information, along with the most advanced technological platforms in the industry with all of my clients. My commitment to my clients has been to provide them the best level of service possible, which means I will never take on more business than I can handle. My job boils down to helping you through a home buying or selling process that I am truly passionate about. I not only service San Diego County, and Orange County, but parts of Los Angeles County where I started in this business. I have partnered with Judy Dunning who is a Newport Beach real estate agent and holds many of the same values as I do.

HOME LIFE -  Family -  Health – Clean (toxin-free) Living

In my spare time, I enjoy long walks and bike riding with my husband Steve in my quaint hometown of Del Mar. I am a huge animal advocate dedicating my time, energy and resources to several local animal rescues.  I have 3 pugs of my own (Clark, Sammi, and Penny), clearly the pug breed has a special place in my heart. I have also been learning as much as possible when it comes to “clean” beauty, “clean” eating, and a “clean-nontoxic” home environment. There are so many wonderful adjustments that can easily be made with little effort which ends up being better for our overall well being and better for our lovely planet. If interested in learning more, send me a note. I am excited to share all of the wonderful information and resources that I am now tapped into.

GIVING BACK-  Animals (especially pugs) and the Elderly

For every closed sale, I will donate $500 to The Pug Queen Foundation. Based in Los Angeles, The Pug Queen Foundation works with other pug rescues and provides care and new loving homes to pugs that have been abused, neglected, or abandoned. If there is a charitable organization that is near and dear to your heart, I will be happy to donate $500 at closing to the charity of your choice.

My town of Del Mar has a senior citizen program through Del Mar Community Connections, a volunteer-driven organization that helps our maturing residents live safely, vibrantly and independently in the homes they love. Its main focus is allowing the aging community to grow old gracefully in their homes. I have volunteered over the past 8 years for this wonderful organization driving the elderly to their doctor’s appointment, to the hair salon, or simply spending time with them by grabbing a cup of coffee or doing something as easy as bringing their trash cans in. My passion for this cause inspired me to obtain my Senior Residential Specialist Certification (SRES) this year. I can now confidently provide amazing resources to the elderly so that they understand all of their options moving forward, and know that they have a true advocate in their corner.
